Texas is a big place. You know the saying, everything is bigger in Texas. I guess that can saying and others like it can be applied to fresh water fishing in Texas. It is a big state so there are lots of great places to fish. In the next few articles, we will hit some of the better places to fish all across the state. For the purpose of these articles we will break it down by region. There is the Panhandle Plains, Prairies and lakes, the pineywoods, gulf coast, South Texas Plains, Hill Country and Big Bend Country.
